If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services. The materials and services contained in this website and park facilities are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License and Restrictions

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials and information on JoySphere Park's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Season pass holders must present valid identification matching the pass holder's name
  • Promotional tickets and discount offers cannot be combined with other promotions

4. Safety Rules and Guest Conduct

Your safety is our top priority. All guests must comply with posted safety rules and staff instructions. Guests engaging in the following prohibited activities may be removed from the park without refund:

  • Disorderly, offensive, or disruptive behavior that interferes with other guests' enjoyment
  • Line jumping or saving places for others not present in line
  • Smoking or vaping outside designated areas
  • Bringing unauthorized items including weapons, alcohol, or illegal substances
  • Climbing fences or entering restricted areas
  • Using inappropriate language or displaying offensive material
  • Taking photographs or videos for commercial purposes without permission

5. Height and Health Restrictions

Certain attractions have height, age, and health restrictions for guest safety. These restrictions are strictly enforced and non-negotiable. Guests must:

  • Meet the minimum height requirements posted at each attraction
  • Disclose any health conditions that may affect their ability to safely enjoy rides
  • Follow all posted warnings regarding pregnancy, heart conditions, back problems, and other medical concerns
  • Supervise children at all times and ensure they meet all requirements
  • Wear appropriate footwear and secure loose articles as instructed

JoySphere Park is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow posted safety instructions or disclose relevant health conditions.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The materials and services at JoySphere Park are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

JoySphere Park and its parent company, affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Service interruptions or ride closures due to weather or maintenance

8. Photography and Media Rights

By entering JoySphere Park, you grant us permission to photograph, film, or record your image and likeness for security purposes and potential use in promotional materials. You waive any rights to compensation or approval of such uses. If you do not wish to be photographed for promotional purposes, please notify Guest Services upon entry.

Personal photography and videography for private use is permitted. However, commercial photography, professional equipment, drones, and selfie sticks are prohibited without prior written authorization from park management.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website and throughout JoySphere Park, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of JoySphere Park or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content is the exclusive property of JoySphere Park and protected by copyright laws.

JoySphere Park trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with JoySphere Park or in any manner that disparages or discredits the company.

10. Weather and Ride Closures

JoySphere Park reserves the right to close attractions or the entire park due to inclement weather, maintenance needs, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of park closure, guests may receive rain checks valid for future visits. However, no refunds will be provided for partial day closures or individual ride unavailability. We strongly recommend checking our website or contacting Guest Services before your visit during uncertain weather conditions.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by JoySphere Park. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that JoySphere Park shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by use of or reliance on any such content available on or through any such websites or services.

12. Children's Privacy and Supervision

JoySphere Park is a family-friendly environment. However, parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children at all times. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or older. The park is not responsible for lost or unsupervised children. We recommend establishing a meeting point with your children in case of separation.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

JoySphere Park reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta for the resolution of any disputes.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these terms, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
